Teen Poetry Festival With Patrice Vecchione to be held on April 1

This Teen Poetry Festival is designed for those grades 6-12, but open to all. Writer, Teacher, Artist, Patrice Vecchione will kick off National Poetry Month on Saturday, April 1st with a free Teen Poetry Festival featuring a workshop, a reading, and Grand will be closed off for chalk drawing. Participants will be able to explore their creativity and a typewriter. Snacks and drinks and a copy of Patrice's book, My Shouting, Shattered, Whispering Voice: A Guide to Writing Poetry & Speaking Your Truth will be provided. Paper and pencils provided or bring a journal or notebook. Scan the QR code or visit this link to sign up.
