I co-sponsored the Small Nonprofit Retirement Security Act to give these organizations the tax tools they need to provide retirement benefits to their staff. Everyone deserves a secure”.

He wrote: “Heartbroken by the tragic plane crash off the coast of Pacific Grove that claimed the lives of three Monterey County residents. Panetta has represented California’s 19th District since 2017 after succeeding Sam Farr. He was born in Washington, D.C., in 1969 and currently resides in Carmel Valley. Panetta earned his undergraduate degree from UC Davis in 1991 and completed his law degree at Santa Clara University in 1996.
