The initiative aims to assist over 100 million Americans in saving for and managing healthcare expenses. Jimmy Panetta was born in Washington D.C., raised in Carmel Valley, graduated from UC Davis with a BA in 1991, followed by a JD from Santa Clara University in 1996.
