96 percent of applicants to Central Coast College were admitted for fall 2018

At Central Coast College, 70 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 93 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Salinas enrolled 245 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of California.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (73 percent) and white (3 percent).

The school admitted 96 percent of the 162 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 74 percent enrolled.
