Get ready for some Halloween fun as the City of Marina and P.A.L. present Carnage Skate Jam! The Jam is happening October 31st from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Marina Skate Park,
located at 304 Hillcrest Ave. in Marina. There will be costume prizes, raffle prizes, skate contests and more! Entry is $10 per person. Look for @centralcosatcarnage on Instagram
