The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate James Varni Panetta, Jimmy Panetta for Congress, refunded $250 to Jack Chestnut on Sept. 19, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Jimmy Panetta for Congress has refunded $250 total since April 1.
