Of the 3,509 people living in Pajaro CDP in 2020, 53.8 percent (1,888) were women and 46.2 percent (1,621) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Monterey Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 118. In the 65 and over age range, there were 84 females and 59 males.
