Of the 2,939 people living in Pine Canyon CDP in 2020, 41.5 percent (1,220) were women and 58.5 percent (1,719) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Monterey Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 305. In the 65 and over age range, there were 210 females and 165 males.
