NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a general municipal election will be held in the City of Del Rey Oaks on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for the purpose of election one (1) person to the Office of Mayor for a term of two (2) years, and two (2) persons to the Office of City Council Member for the term of four (4) years each. The Nomination filing period to qualify as an official candidate for the November 8, 2022 election will open Monday, July 18, 2022 and close at 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2022. The filing period will automatically be extended to 5:00p.m., Wednesday, August 17, 2022, if there are no elected incumbents currently seated.
Interested registered voters of the City of Del Rey Oaks may obtain Nomination Papers from the Office of the City Clerk by appointment only between 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., Monday through Thursday at the Del Rey Oaks City Hall, 650 Canyon Del Rey Rd., Del Rey Oaks, California.
