The Seaside City Council submits a name for the new Superior Court!

The Judicial Council of California (JCC) is in the process of establishing a new courthouse on the former Fort Ord to replace the existing Monterey Courthouse. The current proposed courthouse site is located on the former Fort Ord, within the city limits of Seaside.

The Seaside City Council formally submitted their proposal to the Judicial Council of California that the new courthouse be named: 

Seaside Superior Court, Monterey County 

Please join us in expressing your support for the proposed name. 

Email your support to cityclerk@ci.seaside.ca.us, who will then forward to the  Court Facilities Advisory Committee.
