City of Greenfield issued the following announcement on Dec 2.
What a year 2020 has been! Work, school, and life has been turned upside down, especially for our youth. But from the very beginning and through every twist and turn of the pandemic, the Greenfield Community Science Workshop has been there to provide hands-on science activities to give our youth a break from the screen and to provide support to parents in their new role of full-time caretakers and educators.
The Greenfield CSW is now serving more kids than ever before, but we are going to need help to sustain our efforts through the end pandemic. On this #GivingTuesday, please consider donating to the Greenfield CSW through the MC Gives Campaign. All donations will go directly towards our youth programs and all donations made through MCGives! will be matched at ~15%. Every little bit helps.

¡Sigamos el camino de la ciencia!
El 2020 ha sido un año insólito. El trabajo, la escuela, y todos los aspectos de nuestras vidas han sido puestos de cabeza y nuestros niños y jóvenes están entre los más afectados por todo esto. Pero desde el principio de la pandemia el Taller Comunitario de Ciencias ha estado produciendo proyectos de ciencia interactiva que se pueden llevar a cabo sin uso de computadora. Los proyectos benefician no solamente a los estudiantes, sino que también brindan apoyo a los padres en su nuevo papel de educadores y maestros.
El Taller de Ciencias está trabajando con más estudiantes que nunca, pero vamos a necesitar ayuda para poder continuar nuestras actividades hasta el final de la pandemia. En este Martes de Solidaridad (#GivingTuesday), por favor considera donar al Taller de Ciencia a través de la campaña MC Gives.
