CIty of Salinas recently issued the following announcement.

Is your organization or group planning or joining an Earth Day clean-up? The City of Salinas wants to recognize businesses, organizations, and neighborhoods leading or participating in beautification clean-ups and projects completed Earth Day weekend, April 22 - 24, 2022. AMOR Salinas is the community coming together to show love for our Salinas through cleaning, greening, and beautification. 

Pledge to share your photos and outcomes to be recognized by the City of Salinas as an AMOR Salinas Green Heart leader!

Here's what you need to know:

1. Projects must be in the City of Salinas
2. Projects must be completed between April 22 - 24, 2022
3. Qualifying activities include cleaning, greening, and beautification projects
4. You must submit photos of activities and/or before and after photos by May 6, 2022
5. You must share with the City how many bags of trash or green waste was collected and/or describe your greening efforts

After taking the pledge, you will receive an email with next steps!
